Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service From Owner of Company! On January 24, 2013, my wife contacted the company to make shuttle arrangements for my brother who was arriving at BWI from New York. However, when we could not contact him, it was necessary to cancel the service prior to incurring a charge.
