Rolfing is a remarkable system to help heal and align the body. Through injury, mis-use, and traumas of all kinds our bodies lose their natural balance and alignment. In my practice I use the Rolfing 10 Series, a brilliantly laid out series of 10 sessions that re-organizes the entire body promoting more energy, better posture, less pain and deeper connection with oneself.
