I was very disappointed in this company, and specifically Luz. I contacted her to get an estimate based on a business card displayed at a local company. I should have heard alarms in my head when each of 2 appointments was missed by her with a miriad of excuses and no phone call. I did hire her, however, based on price. Believe me, you get what you pay for. She told me she and a partner would be at my apartment at 11am and the work would take 4 hours.
