New Latin cuisine Chef Mitch Rosenbaum (most recently of Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill in Las Vegas) brings his passion for the fresh, vibrant flavors of Latin America and pairs it with the offerings of the Northwest to create an exciting and unique menu. Creative Cocktails Proprietor and bartender Kinn Edwards serves up an array of libations ranging from south-of-the-border classics to contemporary cocktails inspired by local and exotic ingredients. And, an interesting and ever-growing wine list featuring both Old World and New World selections will provide you with the perfect complement to your dinner.
