PROFESSIONAL BAR-B-QUE SERVICE We are a family owned and operated Professional Bar-B-Que Service. We specialize in and began in 1987 with just 1-bolt-together roaster that could cook only 1 pig. We now have a fleet of 9 of my own uniquely designed roasters that we can cook almost anything in, and bring to your site of all types of events.
