They are very transparent (they show the old part they extracted), explain everything they will do, that they did and understand the cost of repair is a factor. I have seen them patch on the spot in a few minutes a tire for a few bucks and they have always been very helpful for me. I found they were much cheaper than another place I would go to (half sometimes and even more if you compare to the dealership of course...) and I have now gone for a few year and several cars: never had to complain about a diagnostic nor a repair.
