The elevator is often out of order. There is grafitti and a generally dirty appearance in the common areas. Tenants and guests litter the front area of the entry with fast food packaging and no one picks it up. Cigarette butts litter the entry area. Many lights in the hallways have no covers on them and have been that way for months. Tenants show no discretion about what is put on the balcony areas, making the general look that of urban blight.
