H2Oasis charged a significant fee and promised to build a custom pond to a few fairly basic design concept (two main sight lines, general shape and depth, grading to support a natural look with green landscape). After three months of delay for what was estimated to be 10 days of work, Mr. Milligan's crew was unable to get much correct. They failed to integrate the water feature correctly and installed an (inadequate) uv filter incorrectly one the intake line to the pressure filter (uv filters should always be downstream of any mechanical or bio filters so
