This place is both Good and Bad. They recently changed managers for what I don't know , but I have my suspicions. I hope the new management works a little harder at keeping the riff raff out. But it is sec 42 housing so you're going to attract that type. Yes their are IDIOTS that bump their house music or car music at 2:00 am and cars that have their CAR ALARMS set too sensitive so they go off at all hours. I think I live on the high rent schedule side, so it isn't so bad ,my immediate neighbors aren't too bad, except one who likes to talk loud when they w
