Review
Last November I had knee surgery followed by months of physical therapy. Not being able to move as I wanted to was extremely frustrating and I did not have any outlet for stress. The trainers (and Yogis) at Train with Corey have worked with me as I have regained mobility and strength in my leg. I am learning to take setbacks in stride and adjust my activity level to how my knees feel. I have been inspired and motivated to have fitness be a regular part of my life. My Saturday session with John is my time to just focus on me- not being mom
