We started in January 2010. We felt that there was a better way for people to sell their gold. We knew that the mail in companies paid extremely poorly. We knew that jewelry stores were poor payers as well and that many people feel uncomfortable going into a pawn shop. Our goal was to let you sell your gold in a fun and safe environment. How often do you go to a home party where you feel an obligation to buy something. We thought it would great to actually go to a party where you leave with money. We also knew that we could pay you better than the mail in companies and the jewelry stores. We wanted it to be a win win for everyone.
