i have also lived here for a year. I will never reccommend this complex to anyone. what the person said before is true. The manager Tara is some piece of work. She is a back stabber. She will say something and go behind your back and say something else. I have heard her giving her brother deals but she is trying to nickel dime you. She gives you an innocent act when you cme in. I wanted to change apartments due to neighbors above me. Very bad experience. Everyone agreed about situation being out of control. And no one wanted to deal with issue. I asked
