This is the worst experience I have ever had. I went to the gym when the first opened after telling us they would be open in December, it wasn't until the last week of January before they opened. It was horrible. I have gone twice and after inquiring about cancelling they told me that I had to mail a letter to do so. I mailed the letter along with my key badge and a month later still no acknowlegement. I had to call them and I spoke to one of the ladies at the front desk who told me they didn't receive it, talked to the gym manager and he said the thing. Then miracu
