They underestimated the cost of the project so I went with them, but when I checked in on status on completion, I was informed I already owed twice their estimate with only a small fraction of the work completed. I stopped the project and received a bill with the threat of late fees. Their website provides a global headquarters address yet I had to stop payment on the check as they said that address does not receive mail. Next time I will return to my previous and seasoned IT provider who professionally estimated and completed the project in terms of time, c
