DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They are horrible! I dropped off a flashdrive on October 30 and was told the data would be retrieved 24-48 hours later. THIS IS A SCAM!!! I not only never received my data, the company NEVER returned the flashdrive (or any pieces). This means that I cannot even take the pieces to another business that is more competent. I have called Brandon and Gary at minimum 20 times, and often my call is not returned or I am told they will return my call. I have been told for 2 months that I would get pieces back....nothing!
