The Company is a builder using the name Green Tree Construction or NEI/Green Tree LLC. They have over billed services during our construction and have not paid subcontractor in full when invoiced to us in full. He has been notified by numerous emails for the credits due to us and many of the subcontractors have come to us stating Steve Pisano nor Tony Delia has not paid them.
