The management staff is the personification of utter unprofessionalism!! As if it is not difficult enough to make decisions for your aging loved ones, the last issue you want to deal with are big egos, passive aggressiveness and total childishness!! Unfortunately, that is exactly the type of service you should expect to receive from the manager here! Rather than talk to you to resolve any issues or concerns, she'll not answer the phone, answer mistakenly and then hang up on you, not return messages on voice mail and then, when you show up in person
