To say that the service was horrible would be kind. We waited for months for the windows we ordered to be available, and that was after the installation technicians broke a total of 4 windows. Service technicians did not show up in a timely manner, even after keeping us waiting for months, and breaking the glass we had ordered. The supposed owner of the company was the technician who broke the glass, he did not offer a substantial or reasonable discount after we waited and he broke our ordered windows. He did not have any explanation or any plan moving forward to su
