Joe Marion was a Field Agent for the IRS for 13 years before entering the practice of law. He now specializes in IRS and Georgia State tax litigation, IRS criminal investigation, audit, obtaining tax relief through offer in compromise, installment agreement, liens, levy and all other tax matters as well as representing clients in Georgia and throughout the nation in asset protection, trust, estate planning, medicaid planning and elder law. As of February, 2015 Joe Marion and Odell Justice, former partners at the IRS have joined forces again! Mr. Justice retired from the IRS after 34 years of service and is now in the office with Joe Marion. While with the IRS, Mr. Justice was a member of the prestigious ATAC group which handled large dollar, complex tax investigations.
