Review
I dined at the Independence Cheddars on Sunday 1/26/14 . I usually enjoy Cheddars. It is my favorite restaurant. I noticed a group of people across the isle who had several children. The mother proceeded to change the child's diaper at the table. I complained to the manager, who said there was nothing he could do about it. I was totally disgusted. Working in food service myself I know that it is a health department violation.
