I contracted with PDK for some concrete work. The agreement on payment was one half and then the rest on completion and PDK representive Paul Kinzer agreed to purchase the cement. we agreed on this, after the work was finished I received a bill from the concrete supplier that a lein was being placed on my house because of non-payment of concrete even though I had paid for the concrete thru PDK, half aprox, had not been paid.I had to pay aprox $1360.00 more to keep a lein from being filed.
