Worst repair ever. I hope no one has to go through what I did it took them 3 weeks to fix my washer. The 2nd appointment they had they didn't even bother to show up I called to find out why and low and behold the technician didn't have the right part in his truck so he decided not to come out. By the time they came out with the right part he was such in a rush he didn't put the top on the washer back together properly and he even bent the door and broke another part.
