Ok here's tha skinny on this mofo travel agency! My father bought tickets in advance to Mexico to visit Family with my daughter. Well wen he went to purchase the tickets he noticed there was an error in the info. He told them and they assured him it would be fixed. When he went back to pick up the tickets he noticed it still said the wrong last name.
