Customer service is rude especially when you are right. You will be convinced about how well you will be taken care of at the time of the showing, but all of that is gone once you sign the documents. I have wasted money and have nothing to show for it. I have not been able to use any part of the timeshare including the "free incentive" to see the presentation.
