I usually rent from enterprise but I was told by a family member what a great new car they got with free xm radio when they rented from this Hertz location, so i decided to give it a try. Not only was the customer service not helpful, since no one answered the phone all day (they switched the phones to another location who kept telling me someone would call me back in 20-30 mins) which didn't happen. But i got a car that wasn't the class I paid for. I am very dissatisfied with the whole situation and learned that enterprise does have the best customer service
