HORRIBLE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. After working in my office for hours to rekey two locks, and having to hear about his digestion problems... the lock failed. He set up a time to come out and fix it, then didn't show and when I called to ask why he argued that he had not done the work in the first place. The coward was not even going to keep his appointment nor call. He does NOT stand behind his work, be warned. I had to give one star to write a review, but he didn't even earn one star.
