I, Laura Grijalva, have been in real estate sales for 28+ years in Tucson. I started representing others in property management 14 years ago. I have owned rental property since 1982. So I have first-hand experience in being an income property owner. I have a vast knowledge of maintenance and repair. I have taken several properties in poor condition and have set up a realistic repair schedule and budget with the owners to bring them up to standard. I have built my own rental property and have included in the property upgrades to minimize maintenance. I am qualified by the EPA in lead based paint renovation. My staff of 8 and I currently manages approx. 850 units. They vary in size from SFR's to 50 units. Our units are in all areas. Our vacancy rate is less than 5%. We are completely computerized for our accounting. Statements are sent out once a month via Email or mail, with owners' funds sent electronically or by mail on or about the 10th.
