Yea... I wrote the post by jimb3700 before I knew how bad they screwed up my modification. They blew it big time and have filed complaints with the state attorney general, county da and the post office. because they failed to contact or notifiy my second mortgage holder a lien was put against my house causing my first modification to be denied. I was sent a second one that was horrible with a huge baloon payment in 28 years when I am in my 70's. stay away from this company they do are not qualified to perform forensic work on mortgages.
