When i called for my heater to be repaired I told the receptionist where I lived, it is a well known subdivision. I asked how much it would cost for a repairman to come out and she said it would be $89, and then she started to say, "but..." I said, "but what?" and she said, "Oh nothing, it will be $89'" The repairman, Bill, was professional and knowledgeable albeit he was 45 minutes late.
