First time I ever called the company and the woman who answered the phone was the rudiest person I have talked to since moving to Rockport 2 years ago. She gave me a short no and hung up on me without giving me a chance to get an answer why. Shame on her, I manage 2 major condos here and it could've developed into a nice little business relationship. I'd never use someone so unprofessional as this company. Shame Shame
