Caras Property Management has more than 100 years of combined service. Here, it’s our goal to take care of each and every property as if it were our own. We pride ourselves on our service to our owners and tenants and strive to serve everyone in the best way possible. Owner, President, and CEO Jim Caras started Caras Property Management in 1972. He has managed both commercial and residential properties. He also has been involved in land development, new construction, remodeling, and maintenance of properties. He is a member of the Home Builders Association, Kiwanis, and National Association of Residential Property Managers. General Manager and Vice President Sam Caras manages both commercial and residential properties. He has been involved in new construction, remodeling and general maintenance of properties. He is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and National Association of Realtors.
