On 5/29/12 I purchased Ariat boots from Texas Boot Co. The soles started separating, called the manufacturer, they said to go back to Texas Boot Co for the warranty. I called Texas Boot Co, asked what was needed, after being put on hold several times, was told bring in proof of purchase and boots.
