Ms Downing was sent to us from Lowe's Advantage extended warranty on 9/28/12 for our 3 yr old washer. Next day our frig happened to go out. Vee ordered parts for washer and my husband told her it wasn't the pumps she said it was it was the motor. She ordered parts for the frig later. Promised she would come fix washer no matter what time, "9:00 at night or 3:00 in the am just as soon as part for washer came in".
