Each time I've taken my car into Simonson for service, even if it's minor, they manage to break something else on the car and then refuse to stand behind their mistakes. This happened several years ago and I vowed never to return. This time I just needed a new key but they managed to return my car without a piece of the trim and a damaged gear shift. Then they refused to fix it unless I paid for the damages. Sounds like a very sneaky way to get additional business. In addition their manager and sales representatives are not even nice about it.
