These people are crooks!! Kathy answers the phone and said she is part owner: Run from them, Pat their employee broke 2 of my showers along with other plumbing that leaked worse after he left. They sent over a guy named Preston from AB Plumbing to fix what they broke but he said everything was so messed up and that he would talk to Kathy. Since Preston left Kathy won't return our calls. We called daily for over 2 weeks. Ross-O-Rooter is also part of the following companies per Kathy and info left at my home: B-Root'N Ross-O-R
