Here is a summary of my BBB complaint against them. In general, do yourself a favor and stay away, no matter how nice and accommodating they may seem at first. I should probably have filed a complaint with Berkeley rent control, but it's far past the time for that and I simply don't want to deal with the scum that work at this company any more. 1.
