I was impressed by the owner during the quoting process and the price was competitive. The demo started and went well, I even recommended the Company to my parents for their basement. Then it all went down hill. We were promised a "team" of their employees who were plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc. professionals. We ended up with a single sub contractor and an electrician who came twice. We were not even told that our guy was a sub, we only figured it out by overhearing conversations.
