Dave will promise a quick complete job, but will take your money and run. His work for us involved framing, sheetrock, mud&tape, texture, painting, and skylight installation. He did not complete even 30% of the work contracted, demanded over 70% of the agreed fee, plus 3500 above that for "unexpected problems", additional labor- we provided all materials.
