I purchased an acrylic covered ice bucket from them on eBay. This was their feedback response to me: Quick response and fast payment. Perfect! THANKS!! Seller:everythingbutwine The item arrived shattered. All attempts to contact them went unanswered, so I had to get PayPal involved. I shipped the item back with a tracking number and they refused it. It has been sitting at the post office since June 24th-it is now July 25th. Very poor business practices...
