The Radio Ad said, "NEW! Brand Name Computers... Desktops starting @ $99...". I was assured that IF I had a problem, it would be fixed or replaced & UPS cost would be no more than $10.00.Bakersfield,CA to them cost $15, TWICE! It took 6 times to get a computer that worked! The money spent and lost, could have gotten a new one! A FRAUD and RIP OFF! Do NOT fall for their reassurances! told I'd be compensated for UPS and didn't happen! Patronizing and insulting! Don't waste your time, money or anything else on them! I regret ever hearing their ad!
