We chose this home inspector based upon our realtor's recommendation. This was a grave mistake on our part. I can't even begin to list all of the things that the inspector missed. Like not opening windows? None of the windows on the house open. Like a completely corroded shower? Huge errors and tons of extra wires in the basement were not a red alarm to him? A chimney he said was fine was clearly not fine when the chimney folks came. A property that he said had no drainage issues has huge ones! I definitely encourage you not to choose this company and k
