I have lived at Charles Point Apartments for a few months now, and I will not be renewing my lease when it's over. The apartments themselves are nice looking on the exterior, but the construction was done as cheap as possible and the layout of the apartments were not given much thought. The bedroom windows face the apartment entryway, so you have a nice view of walls and your neighbor's windows. The walls are super thin. I am on the first floor (where all the apartments, not townhouses are located) and I can hear my upstairs neighbor every footsteps. Their w
