The food was great, service not so well. When checking out we waited 15 minutes to receive my credit card back only to go home, check the bank and find I had been charged over the amount! Not happy, I called Turks asking for a manager, Johanna said she was a manager, I explained what happen and she put me on hold. Transferred to a man named "Will" he explained no one was available to correct the issue...?? Why not?? I thought I was speaking to a manager! Then to be transferred to some one whom took offense when when I called him Sir... All in all I
