I have not actually seen Dr Cassidy as I could not get past his RUDE staff. They are real big on giving you excuses but not real big on listening to what you have to say...I was actually called RUDE for interupting trying to give information to them. Dont bother talking to the Office manager to complain...she sides with the staff and will just talk down to you. Was I mad...yes.. and for good reason. They need to learn office skills!I give one star...even that was too much for this rude group.
