Grossly over charged, and the Manager will not return my calls. The repair tech arrived, spent 2-3 minutes looking at our oven, and said "the quote is $245 - Do you want it fixed or not?" With a $79 service call charge and an unrepired oven as the alternative, I reluctantly said fix-it. The tech spent another 6-8 minutes replacing the oven igniter. I looked up the part number online and found I could buy the oven igniter locally for under $30. $245 - $30 parts = $215 labor bill for a 15 minute repair job. My home is 2 miles from the repair cente
