After spending quit a bit of time shopping the market, I decided to purchase a home from Kopper Creek Building in Minot, ND. It appeared that the product that they had on their lot was more in line to what I was looking for. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help me get into a home and made the appearance that they were going to be there for me "every step of the way" selling the fact that they were General Contractors although in the contract that would be signed later it stated that they were only "one of many subs". It also stated in the contract tha
