I was a client of a zany do and over the last 5 or 6 years the service and haircuts were getting worse and worse. The ladies are very rude and arrogant. Michelle/Owner was constantly cutting the bottom of my hair crooked and my husband took my daughter in and nevertheless she came home with crooked hair as well. My last straw was when I complained to another hairdresser/Shawn Williams/owner about the way she had cut my hair instead of being a professional she took it out on my hair. 4 to 5 inches of my hair had chucks taken out. Very immature women work in this place.
