Nasty owner ruined my experience, he was rude to the point of ridiculousness, and seems to have a chip on his shoulder about everything. Every word you say comes back with a response varying between sarcasm, to defensive cursing! An example, you come in to pay for a job, the price of which was agreed upon a week ago in the form of a breakdown of the set up cost, combined with the cost per page, leaving you to calculate the total cost yourself. when you come in that week later to pick the job up and ask "what was the price again?" he belligerently
