Doesn't a brewery typically have homemade beer? I don't care how many guest brews you have. I came for a fresh beer. Then the staff person tells me the beer will be ready in a week. However, if you look at the brewhouse it is plain to anyone they have not brewed anything yet. Either start brewing or rename your restaurant.
