Make sure you put down a deposit up front! we were waiting for a price quote and then were told that the date had been filled by someone else who put money down!! Not professional, not organized at all! If we would've known, we would've put money down right away. very disappointing. Nothing was disclosed upfront about securing a date. Now our wedding will have to be serviced by a different caterer--which is limited.
